sweetie you are not alone... i have GAINED 5 pounds since i got my date... i think i am eating out of anxiety and for fear i might never eat certian foods again... our days in these unhealthy chains are numbered!

i was sooo confused about the vitamins.... My surgeon mentioned the bariatric advantage... i know that there are others out there... it is a little on the expensive side though. I Spent $110 online for a 3 month supply. They break it up so you take vitamins with breakfast lunch dinner and before bed. I was too confused on what to take when and what can be taken with what... All of the stuff is chewable or disolvable.

Mine is the 23rd in Bangor ME.  I cant wait either.  I am ready for the chance to be a better me!  And I agree, this is a great tool..

I found out today that surgery is now slated for a day later than expected.  I guess that it's better to go on a tuesday instead of monday but I wi**** was all over sooner.  I can't wait until the day that I'm not hungry all the time.  I'm trying to recognize when my body is really hungry from when I'm bored or just want to eat out of habit.  It;s been a hungry day for me but I know I can do it,  I just need some help and my surgery is the tool that I need to help me.
